The owner is super sweet and the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Radiatori, Cheese Fury sauce, Chicken and added the Bleu Cheese and Blueberries on the side. It all tasted fantastic and while I could have made the serving proportions last for 3 meals, I could not stop eating!

Concept: pick your pasta (the Radiatori is super interesting and nothing I had seen before), pick your sauce (red sauce, duh), pick your protein (the “power”), and then get creative with some add-ons (eggplant and garlic is fire!)…

Sauce and fury is delicious pasta with top notch ingredients and large portion sizes. The spicy sauce is to die for if you are a spicy fan and the kale salad is refreshing and flavorful! Highly recommend this food cart!! More-
since i moved up to this green state, i've always been looking for a great pasta.. sauce & fury has ended that search with being one of the best things i've ever tasted.i was greeted by a wonderful woman (sopie) who helped me pick a pasta to my liking thoroughly, and i must say it is PHENOMENAL and affordable.the surrounding area is filled with laughter and music which helps make the short 15 minutes go by for sopie to produce glory out of her adorable foodcart.if you're in west linn and want amazing food, sopies spot is 1000% worth the check out. i see myself coming back here many many times in the future.
SO good! Sophie was extremely kind and made an absolutely incredible dinner I already know my leftovers aren't going to see tomorrow lol
